Salad Recipes Perfect For Whenever You’re Too Lazy To Cook

We all have days when we’re just too lazy to cook anything. So a salad might just be the answer for that problem.

These few salads are literally made within minutes and they will keep you full for a while. Check out these amazing recipes:

MEXICAN TACO SALAD

INGREDIENTS:

•4 Taco bowl shells
•4 cups shredded lettuce
•2 cups shredded grilled chicken
•2 cups pre-cooked rice
•3 sliced red bell peppers
•1 cup canned corn
•1 cup canned black beans
•3 sliced ripe avocadoes
•1 medium sliced jalapeno
•2 juiced limes

In a big blending bowl, join all ingredients aside from lime juice. Then add the lime juice and gently throw all ingredients together until very much mixed. Put them on a plate of mixed greens and eat with warm tortilla chips and salsa.

CAESAR CHICKEN SALAD

INGREDIENTS:

•3 peeled gloves of garlic
•1 cup olive oil
•4 chopped anchovy fillets
•1 juiced fresh lemon
•4 cooked sliced chicken breasts
•3 cups seasoned croutons
•4 chopped romaine lettuce
•1 cup Parmesan cheese
salt and pepper to taste

In a big bowl, add the lettuce, croutons, chicken, and Parmesan and gently throw until joined. Add dressing and slowly throw again until everything is totally covered. Add more salt and pepper to taste.

APPLE & BLEU CHEESE SALAD

INGREDIENTS FOR DRESSING:

•4 TB French Dijon mustard
•1 small juiced lemon,
•2 TB light honey
•1 cup extra virgin olive oil
•Three-fourths cup balsamic vinegar
salt and  pepper to taste

Add mustard, the juice of the lemon, and vinegar to a food processor and blend. Slowly drizzle oil in until well combined. Add salt and pepper to taste. Drizzle over the rest of the ingredients after you mix them up in a big bowl. Bon apetit.
